Does Davousz offer a repair service?

Where are Davousz Products manufactured?

Davousz Products are manufactured by or for Us at our factory in the Netherlands as identified by the Davousz trademarks.

What is the warranty duration on a Davousz product?

How can I cancel my order?

As a consumer, you may cancel your order in relation to Products purchased on our Website, without any penalty by sending an email to info@blueviolet-lobster-309673.hostingersite.com.

Which countries do we deliver to?

Delivery from this Website is restricted to certain countries. If your country is not mentioned in the list on our online-shop please send an e-mail to: info@blueviolet-lobster-309673.hostingersite.com.

How to follow my order?

From the moment we dispatch the Product and you receive a confirmation email containing information about your offer, the dispatch time, price paid for each Product and delivery costs and details of track and trace numbers.

Payments

Which payments methods can I use on Davousz.com?

You may pay for your order using the following payment methods available on our Website such as payments with credit/debit cards i.e. IDeal, PayPal, Credit Cards (Master Card and Visa). If you do not use any of these options please send us an email to: info@blueviolet-lobster-309673.hostingersite.com.

How much can I expect to pay in taxes and duties?

All prices on the Davousz website for European Union (EU) customers include Dutch VAT (21%).

Purchases made by non-EU customers are exempt from Dutch VAT (21%). For Non-EU customers, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I place an order as a guest?

To place an order you should select the Products you desire to purchase on the Website, you will be requested to log into your personal account (if you are already registered) or continue through guest check out.

When will I be charged?

Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, it may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. Payment will be taken for items at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and therefore in advance of shipping.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my purchases?

If you wish to return your order, you will bear for all costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of Products are not refundable. Download this Return/exchange form. You have 14 days from delivery of the ordered Products to submit your returns request.

Track & trace:

Please ensure that you send the return with a tracking number as for Davousz can not be held liable for any packages lost during transport.

Non-EU returns:

For all returns from outside the European Union all returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our address and may incur additional fees. You shall return the Products within 14 working days after you receive the return confirmation by Davousz.

Before and after returning quality check:

We expect you to return the Products by packaging the relevant it/them securely. You shall return/exchange the Products in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging; the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the original identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal. Please note that Davousz will review the returned Products via quality control. If the Products, you sent back is in perfect condition, new and with all tags and labels attached, than will we accept the return and reimburse the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

Where is my return?

Will I receive a refund?

If we accept your return, we shall refund the price of the Products. Davousz will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products, within 14 days from the date on which you give notice of your withdrawal, unless possible delays of a technical nature occur that are not attributable to us.

We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and colour. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and colour, we will refund the amount of the payment as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods. If a product is defect or not meeting your expectations, please send an e-mail to info@blueviolet-lobster-309673.hostingersite.com so that we can contact you within 1 business day and find a suitable solution.

Can I exchange a product?

In certain specific cases, you are allowed to replace purchased products with other products, instead of being refunded the relative price.

Exchanges shall only be permitted with respect to certain products, such products shall be identified by “exchange” as indicated in the Return/exchange form.

Exchanges will only be permitted for a different size or color of the product you originally ordered.

You may request the exchange of one or more purchased products within and not later than 21 days from their date of delivery, by filling in the Return/exchange form and sending it via electronic means within the aforementioned deadline. The products to be replaced must be handed over to the forwarder within twenty 21 days of their date of delivery.

You may only submit a single exchange request for each product purchased.

The products for which you request the exchange must be returned in their original condition and packaging, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged, and they must still have their identification tag attached with the disposable seal.

The products to be exchanged that belong to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. We reserves the right to refuse products of the same order that are shipped for exchange separately.

If all the above conditions are properly satisfied, once you have filled in and transmitted the Return and exchange form containing your request for an exchange, we will process said request by sending you a relevant confirmation email.
