As a consumer, you may cancel your order in relation to Products purchased on our Website, without any penalty by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such products shall be identified by “product return”. Downloading the form here Return/exchange form. You have 14 days from delivery of the ordered Products to submit your returns request.
Costs of returns
If you wish to return your order, you will bear for all costs and liability. Any costs or expenses incurred by you in the return of Products are not refundable.
Return Track & trace
Please ensure that you send the return with a tracking number as for Davousz can not be held liable for any packages lost during transport.
For all returns from outside the European Union all returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our address and may incur additional fees. You shall return the Products within 14 working days after you receive the return confirmation by Davousz.
Before and after returning quality check
We expect you to return the Products by packaging the relevant it/them securely. You shall return the Products in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging; the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the original identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal. Please note that Davousz will review the returned Products via quality control. If the Products, you sent back is in perfect condition, new and with all tags and labels attached, than will we accept the return and reimburse the price originally paid. If the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such Products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
Original product acceptance
On the contrary, if any of the labelling or tags are missing, do not comply with these our Sales Conditions or we has any reason to believe that the Products have been tempered with or are imitation of our Products or were not purchased on the Davousz Website, we will not accept the return.
Conditions for exchanges
In certain specific cases, you are allowed to replace purchased products with other products, instead of being refunded the relative price. Download here theReturn/exchange form.
Exchanges shall only be permitted with respect to certain products, such products shall be identified by “return or exchange” as indicated in the Return and exchange form.
Exchanges will only be permitted for a different size or color of the product you originally ordered. The available exchange options will be indicated in the Return and exchange form.
You may request the exchange of one or more purchased products within and not later than 21 days from their date of delivery, by filling in the Return and exchange form and sending it via electronic means within the aforementioned deadline. The products to be replaced must be handed over to the forwarder within twenty 21 days of their date of delivery;
You may only submit a single exchange request for each product purchased;
The products for which you request the exchange must be returned in their original condition and packaging, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged, and they must still have their identification tag attached with the disposable seal;
The products to be exchanged that belong to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. We reserves the right to refuse products of the same order that are shipped for exchange separately.
If all the above conditions are properly satisfied, once you have filled in and transmitted the Return and exchange form containing your request for an exchange, we will process said request by sending you a relevant confirmation email.
If we accept your return, we shall refund the price of the Products. Davousz will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products, within 14 days from the date on which you give notice of your withdrawal, unless possible delays of a technical nature occur that are not attributable to us.
We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and colour. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and colour, we will refund the amount of the payment as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods. If a product is defect or not meeting your expectations, please send an e-mail to email@example.com so that we can contact you within 1 business day and find a suitable solution.
You may also return the Products to retail stores approved and licensed by Davousz. We are unable to accept returns for purchases bought in franchising shops, outlets, retail stores, department stores duty free shops or any other website.
